KYX4 Automatic Permanent Magnet Suction Lifting Device

Permanent magnet suction lifting device doesn't need power supply, performs safe and reliable operation, can be used alone or in a combined way to hoist large-size whole piece of steel plate, thus is an ideal environment-friendly sling with zero energy consumption that is applicable to both indoor and outdoor operation.

This product is mainly comprised of two parts, the permanent magnet source and the unloading device. The magnetic lines of force produced by the permanent magnet source go through the concentrating flux plate and get sucked by magnetic materials. By utilizing closed magnetic circuits, the product realizes the purpose of magnetic material suction.

This series of permanent magnet suction lifting devices take NdFeB strong-magnetic materials as the magnetic source and realize the conversion to the internal magnetic circuit through the external rotating magnetic core, keeping the permanent magnetic suction lifting device operating or closed to achieve material suction and dropping.

The KYX4 automatic model utilizes the lifting of crane hook to drive the cantilever of permanent magnet suction lifting device to rotate the magnetic core and automatically complete the circulation and conversion of magnetic circuit. Multiple devices can be used jointly and apply to transferring whole pieces of steel plates and blanks in steel warehouses, shipyards and steel structure workshops.
